Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ZapMailbox, we strive to provide the highest quality virtual mailbox and mail scanning services. Since our services involve the immediate allocation of a physical address and digital resources, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your User Dashboard

  • Upon cancellation, your mailbox will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), after which it will be closed.

  • Once a mailbox is closed, all incoming mail will be "Returned to Sender," and we will no longer accept items on your behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refunds: We offer a full refund if the request is made within 24 hours of the initial purchase, provided that no mail has been received, scanned, or processed at our Punjab Hub.

  • Non-Refundable Cases: * After the first 24 hours of sign-up.

  • Once any mail, letter, or parcel has been received at your assigned address.

  • Setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable as they cover the administrative cost of address allocation.

  • Service Issues: If you experience a technical failure on our end that prevents you from accessing your digital scans for more than 7 consecutive days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at zapmailbox1@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (NRE/NRO

  • account, Credit Card, or UPI) used during the transaction.

  • As per banking standards, refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Chargebacks

• We encourage customers to contact our support team first to resolve any issues.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and the permanent closure of your virtual mailbox.
