1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to ZapMailbox, you appoint Top Secret Agency as your commercial mail receiving agent. We are authorized to receive, scan, and store mail/parcels on your behalf at our Punjab facility.

2. Prohibited Items (Crucial)

To comply with Indian law and safety regulations, we cannot receive or forward the following:

• Illegal Substances: Narcotics, psychotropic drugs, or any contraband.

• Dangerous Goods: Explosives, flammable liquids (perfumes/sanitizers), or hazardous chemicals

• Perishables: Fresh food, meat, or items requiring refrigeration.

• Currency: Physical cash, gold bullion, or bearer checks.

• Offensive Material: Obscene or indecent publications.

Note: Any prohibited items received will be refused or handed over to local authorities.

3. Mail & Scan Privacy

We only open your mail for scanning upon your explicit WhatsApp command. Your digital scans are private and handled only by authorized agency staff. We are not responsible for the contents of the mail sent by third parties.

4. Storage & Abandonment

• Basic Plan: 15 days free storage.

• Pro/Annual Plan: 30-90 days free storage.

• Mail or parcels left beyond these limits without instructions may incur a daily storage fee or be considered abandoned and disposed of after 90 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution, Top Secret Agency is not liable for:

• Delays or losses caused by courier companies (India Post, DHL, etc.).

• Items damaged due to poor packaging by the original sender.

• Government seizures or customs delays for international forwarding.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you must immediately stop using the Punjab address for all future mail. Any mail received after termination will be

"Returned to Sender".
